This notice explains what happens to information about you when you use EU9 in Singapore. It follows the order in which you meet us: reading these pages, opening an account, depositing and playing, and asking us a question.
Reading these pages
Every page here can be read without an account. Our web server records ordinary access data: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the time of the request. We use it to keep pages fast and available and to stop abusive traffic. It is not combined with account data and not used to profile readers.
Cookies are limited to those a page needs to load and display. Blocking or clearing them in your browser does not stop any page from working.
The Open SGD Account and Log In buttons, and the buttons inside articles, take you to the EU9 lobby. The pages here have no forms, so nothing is passed along with that click apart from what any browser sends when it opens a link.
Opening an account
Registration asks for a mobile number or a username, and a PIN. You may also sign up with Google, in which case Google shares the basic profile details you approve on its own screen. After sign-up we ask you to verify your mobile number and e-mail address; verified details are needed for the welcome offers and the verification reward, and they are where one-time codes are sent when you reset a PIN or password.
EU9’s terms set 18 as the minimum age. Our Singapore pages are written for readers aged 21 and over.
Depositing and playing
Your account keeps the records needed to run it: deposits, withdrawals, transfers between product wallets, bets, bonus claims, rebates, cashback and the payment accounts or USDT wallets you use. These records let us credit rewards, count turnover, work out net loss for cash back and apply the rules of your VIP tier.
Identity verification may be requested before a withdrawal. The birthday bonus is claimed with both sides of your identity card so the date can be confirmed. These documents are used to confirm that the person withdrawing or claiming is the person who registered.
Promotions are limited to one per person, family, IP address, e-mail, phone number, deposit or withdrawal account and shared computer or phone. To apply that limit we compare those details across accounts.
Draws and announcements
Some promotions announce winners in our Telegram channel. Only what is needed to identify a winning entry is published there, and joining the channel is your choice.
