Signing in takes two things: the mobile number on your account and the PIN you set when you registered. If you later added a password, you can use that instead of the PIN. Both open the same account and the same balances.
Everything else on this page is for the moments when that does not go smoothly: a PIN you cannot remember, a one-time code that has not arrived, or a message from someone pretending to be us.
EU9 login with your mobile number and PIN
Tap Log In in the header, enter the mobile number registered to the account, then the PIN. The screen lets you switch to a password if you set one. Nothing else is needed, so if a form asks you for more than this, stop and check where you are.
- Tap Log In. Use the account button in the header of the lobby.
- Enter your mobile number. It must be the number already registered, not a new one.
- Enter your PIN. Switch to password instead if you created one.
- Confirm. You land in the lobby with your wallets and the Rebate button visible.
- Use the reset link if needed. It sends a one-time code to the mobile number or e-mail on file.
Your EU9 casino login is the same whether you open the lobby in a mobile browser or in the app, so there is no separate app password to remember. Once you are inside, your daily and weekly rewards are claimed from within the account itself: the Rebate button every 15 minutes, cash back from 12:00 (GMT+8) through Live Chat, weekly cashback from Monday 12:00.
EU9 forgot PIN: reset by OTP
The reset link sits on the sign-in screen. Ask for a one-time code and it is sent to the mobile number or the e-mail address already recorded on the account; enter the code and you can set a new PIN or a password.
A code can be slow to arrive, so give it a minute before asking for another. Check too that the number or inbox on the account is still one you can open. If you changed phones and lost the number, a new code will not help you, and Live Chat is the faster route.
If your phone and e-mail were never verified in the first place, the code has nowhere to go. Verification is part of opening an account, and the steps for new accounts show what the lobby asks for and in what order. Verified contact details also sit behind the SGD 69 verification reward.
Live Chat is open 24/7 inside the lobby and handles reset problems, locked sign-ins and contact-detail questions.
Keeping your account secure
Your PIN is the key to your balance, your bonus wallet and any withdrawal request made from the account. Treat it the way you would treat a banking PIN: not reused from another service, not stored in a chat thread, not typed on a shared phone that stays signed in afterwards.
Chat safety
We never ask for your PIN, password or one-time code in Live Chat.
Phishing works by looking close enough to real. These are the checks that tell you that you are in the genuine EU9 lobby rather than a copy of it:
- The EU9 logo on the sign-in screen and in the header of the lobby.
- Sign-in by mobile number and PIN, or by password, and nothing more.
- Seven VIP tiers listed as Normal, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Black Diamond.
- Bonuses applied by tapping Apply on the promotion itself, never by sending your details to a person.
- Live Chat that answers your question without asking for a PIN, a password or a code.
One more practical rule: our promotions run on one account per person, family, IP address, phone number and payment account. A second account opened to claim a second welcome puts both at risk, so keep to the one you already hold and protect its PIN instead.

Signing in from your phone
The sign-in details do not change on a phone. Open the lobby in your mobile browser, tap Log In and enter the same mobile number and PIN. The app behaves the same way, because it reads the same account rather than creating a new one.
The app is not distributed through an app store, so Android takes an APK and iPhone uses a profile that you trust in Settings before the icon will open. Our notes on installing on Android or iPhone cover both routes, including how to remove the app again.
On a shared or borrowed handset, sign out when you finish rather than closing the tab. Withdrawals start at SGD 50 and run through the cashier inside your account, so an open session on someone else’s phone is an open cashier.
Sign in with the mobile number and PIN on your account, or use the reset link to have a one-time code sent to your registered mobile or e-mail.
Questions from players
I forgot my PIN. How do I get back in?
Use the reset link on the sign-in screen and ask for a one-time code. The code goes to the mobile number or e-mail address already on your account, and once you enter it you can set a new PIN or switch to a password. If neither channel was verified, Live Chat is the next step.
My one-time code did not arrive. What should I do?
Wait a short while, check that the number or inbox on the account is the one you still use, and request the code again. If it still does not land, message Live Chat, which is open 24/7, and the team can work through it with you. Never ask another player or a chat group to receive a code for you.
Can I log in to EU9 on two devices?
The same mobile number and PIN open your account in a mobile browser or in the app, so you do not need a second set of details for a second device. Sign in on the device in front of you and sign out before handing a phone to anyone else. One account per person is the rule on our promotions, so do not share credentials to open extras.
Does support ever ask for my PIN?
No. Live Chat never asks for your PIN, your password or a one-time code, and no legitimate message from us will ever request them. Anyone who does is phishing, so end the conversation and report it through Live Chat.
