The EU9 app download starts in one place: our download page, which carries the QR code for both builds. Point your phone camera at it and the download opens in your phone browser, Android as an APK file and iPhone as an enterprise app you install through a configuration profile.
Neither build is distributed through the App Store or Google Play. That changes nothing about your account, but it does change the install, because both operating systems treat an app from outside a store with an extra confirmation step. Below is what each one asks for, how to fix an iPhone that refuses to open the app, and how to remove everything cleanly.
The EU9 APK for Android
Android installs are the shorter of the two. You download one file, approve one permission and log in.
- Open our download page. Scan the QR code with your phone camera, which opens the page in your phone’s browser.
- Download the APK. Tap the Android download and let the file finish.
- Allow the install. Android asks for permission to install from this source, because the file did not come from a store. Approve it and continue.
- Open EU9 and log in. Sign in with the mobile number and PIN you already use.
The permission prompt is standard Android behaviour for any file installed outside a store, and it is per-source rather than permanent for everything on the phone. Keep the file you downloaded from the QR code and nothing else, because an APK passed around in a chat group or posted on another page is not ours.
Once you are in, the app points at the same account as a browser. Your tier, your balance and your promotions move with the account rather than the device, so the Singapore reward line-up you already claim, from the daily cash back after 12:00 to the Rebate button every 15 minutes, works the same on a phone as on a laptop.

EU9 iOS install: trusting the iPhone profile
The iPhone build is not an App Store download. It arrives as an enterprise app, and iOS installs enterprise apps through a configuration profile that you have to approve yourself.
Scan the same QR code, open the iPhone download and accept the install prompt. The icon then appears on your home screen, but tapping it at this point usually does nothing. That is expected, because iOS keeps a new enterprise profile untrusted until you confirm it. Open Settings, then General, then the device management section, select the EU9 profile and trust it. On newer versions of iOS the menu heading differs slightly, so look for the device management entry near the bottom of the General list.
Store check
EU9 is not listed in the App Store or Google Play, so a store listing under our name is not ours.
If the app will not open
Usually the profile was never trusted, or it was installed and the trust step was skipped. Go back to Settings, General and the device management section and check that the profile is listed as trusted. If it is missing entirely, the install did not complete, so scan the QR code again and reinstall before trusting the profile. A restart after trusting the profile also helps when the icon is there but the app closes immediately.
Using the EU9 app after install
Nothing about your login changes. The same mobile number and the same PIN or password open the app, and there is no second registration, no separate wallet and no new verification to pass. A forgotten PIN is reset by one-time code to your registered mobile number or e-mail, exactly as when signing in on a browser.
Everything that depends on your account rather than your device behaves identically. Bonuses are still applied with Apply on the promotion page, credits still move between your product wallets with Quick Transfer Credits, and claim windows do not shift because you are on a phone. Yesterday’s cash back is still asked for from 12:00 (GMT+8) and carries x3 turnover. Weekly cashback is still claimed through Live Chat from Monday 12:00 until Wednesday, with a minimum claim of SGD 30 and x8 turnover. The SGD 50 minimum transfer for a bonus, and the SGD 50 minimum withdrawal, apply the same way.
Live Chat is in your account around the clock, which is where a stuck install or a claim question gets sorted out fastest.
Removing the app from your phone
On Android, uninstall it like any other app, through a long press on the icon or through the app list in Settings. There is nothing else left behind.
On iPhone there are two steps. Delete the app from the home screen, then open Settings, General and the device management section and remove the EU9 profile. If you skip the profile, it stays on the phone after the app itself is gone.
Removing either build does not touch your account. Your tier, your balance, your pending claims and your check-in progress on Login & Huat all stay where they are, and signing in through a browser gets you straight back to them.
The QR code on our download page serves both builds: the Android APK and the iPhone profile install.
Questions from players
Is the app listed in the App Store or Google Play?
No. Our Android and iPhone builds are distributed from our own download page, reached by the QR code shown there. Any listing in a public app store carrying our name is not ours, so ignore it and install from the QR code instead.
Is the APK safe to install on Android?
Install only the file your phone downloads after scanning the QR code on our download page. Android will warn you because the file is not coming from a store, which is normal for any app distributed this way. Avoid file-sharing links and chat forwards, because nothing outside our own download page is ours.
Why does my iPhone ask me to trust a profile?
The iPhone build is installed as an enterprise app through a configuration profile. iOS keeps every profile untrusted until you confirm it yourself, so you open Settings, then General, then the device management section and trust the EU9 profile. The app opens normally afterwards.
How do I remove the app?
On Android, uninstall it like any other app. On iPhone, delete the app from the home screen first, then open Settings, General and the device management section and remove the profile, otherwise the profile stays on the phone after the app is gone. Your account, tier and balance are unaffected either way.
