EU9 daily and weekly cashback

EU9 Singapore Updated

EU9 cash back: daily on yesterday's net loss at x3, weekly cashback claimed through Live Chat at x8

EU9 cashback comes in two forms in Singapore. There is a daily cash back worked out on yesterday’s net loss, and a weekly cashback set by your VIP tier and paid on the Monday to Sunday result. Both are requested through 24/7 Live Chat inside your account, and both arrive as bonus credit with turnover attached rather than as cash you can withdraw straight away.

Read them for what they are. Cashback returns a slice of money that has already gone, so it softens a losing week without making the loss good. Nobody reaches a higher band by playing better; they reach it by losing more first.

Cash back returns a small part of a loss. It never makes the loss good; set your budget first.

The result splits into three parts. The daily figure comes from a fixed band table, so a net loss sitting between two bands pays the lower band rather than a percentage of your exact number. The weekly figure is your tier rate applied to the week’s net loss, then trimmed to your tier cap if it runs past it. The turnover column is the part most people forget: daily cash back is x3 and weekly cashback is x8, and the minimum withdrawal on both is SGD 50. Cashback is also only one part of our Singapore reward line-up, which runs from the daily rebate to the 28-day check-in.

Daily cash back on yesterday’s net loss

The EU9 daily cashback is calculated on the previous day’s net loss and becomes claimable from 12:00 (GMT+8) the next day. Ask Live Chat for it; the credit carries x3 turnover and the minimum withdrawal is SGD 50. One exclusion matters more than the rest: any deposit you used for a promotion is left out of the calculation, so a day spent clearing a welcome bonus will not build tomorrow’s band.

Higher bands do exist above a SGD 100,000 daily net loss, and the top one needs a net loss of SGD 5,000,000 in a single day.

Up to SGD 28,888 daily cash back.

In practice

That band needs a SGD 5,000,000 net loss in one day. On a SGD 1,000 losing day the daily cash back is SGD 5, or SGD 10 with the extra.

So treat the daily reward as what it is: a small return on a bad day, something to ask for, never something to plan a session around.

  1. Check the result. Open your account and look at yesterday’s or last week’s net loss.
  2. Open Live Chat. After 12:00 for the daily cash back, or between Monday 12:00 and Wednesday for the weekly one.
  3. Ask for the cash back. The credit is applied to your account once it is confirmed.
  4. Clear the turnover. x3 on the daily cash back, x8 on the weekly cashback.
  5. Withdraw. From SGD 50 upwards, once the turnover is done.

EU9 weekly cashback by tier

The EU9 weekly cashback runs on a full week, Monday to Sunday, and the rate depends on where you sit in the seven VIP tiers. Net Loss is defined as your deposits minus the total of withdrawals, bonus, free credit, rebate and 4D winnings, so anything you were already paid back during the week is taken off before the rate is applied. The minimum claim is SGD 30, the credit carries x8 turnover, and the minimum withdrawal is again SGD 50.

Claim window

The weekly cashback is claimed from Monday 12:00 to Wednesday. The daily cash back is claimed after 12:00 on the following day.

Worked example: Gold at a SGD 2,000 net loss

A Gold member who ends the week SGD 2,000 down is on the 4% rate, which gives SGD 80. The x8 turnover on that credit means SGD 640 in bets before the balance can be withdrawn, and the withdrawal itself starts at SGD 50. The reward is real, but it is 4% of the week, so the week still ends well behind.

When the cap applies

The caps are set for very large weeks. At Normal the 3% rate reaches the SGD 688 ceiling at a net loss of about SGD 22,900, and from that point every additional loss returns nothing extra. Black Diamond’s 9% rate reaches SGD 5,888 at a net loss of roughly SGD 65,400. If you find yourself checking how far your tier cap is away, the cap is not the number to be looking at.

Cashback and rebate are paid on different things

These two rewards are easy to confuse, and the difference decides which one you should expect. Rebate is paid on turnover: every bet counts, win or lose, and it can be claimed from the Rebate button in your account roughly every 15 minutes while your turnover is above zero. Cashback only appears when a day or a week finishes in the red, and nothing is paid on a winning week at all.

They also stack differently in the weekly sum. Because rebate is deducted inside the Net Loss formula, credit you have already pulled from the Rebate button reduces the weekly cashback that follows. In practice the rebate is the steadier of the two, since the instant rebate rates by tier and product pay on volume rather than on bad luck, while cashback is a cushion that only ever opens after a loss.

Cashback is not a safety net

Every figure on this page starts with money that is already gone. A 3% weekly rate returns SGD 30 on a SGD 1,000 loss, and the daily table pays SGD 5 on a SGD 500 day. There is no band, tier or multiplier where the cashback comes close to covering what triggered it.

Set your weekly budget first, and set it below the amount that would move you into a higher band. If you catch yourself thinking about the next cashback level while deciding how much to deposit, that is the moment to close the lobby rather than the moment to top up. Live Chat can pause your account for exactly that, and our notes on playing within limits set out the warning signs and where to get help.

The calculator above uses the same tables we pay from: the daily bands, the tier rates and the x3 and x8 turnover.

Questions from players

How is net loss counted for weekly cashback?

Net Loss is your deposits for the week minus the total of withdrawals, bonus, free credit, rebate and 4D winnings. The week runs Monday to Sunday, and the result is what the tier rate is applied to.

When can I claim the weekly cashback?

The claim window opens Monday at 12:00 and closes on Wednesday. Ask Live Chat inside your account within that window; the minimum claim is SGD 30.

What turnover does cashback carry?

Daily cash back carries x3 turnover and weekly cashback carries x8. A Gold weekly cashback of SGD 80, for example, asks SGD 640 in bets before a withdrawal, and the minimum withdrawal is SGD 50.

Does a deposit used for a bonus count towards cash back?

No. Any deposit you have used for a promotion is excluded from the daily cash back calculation, so a day spent playing a welcome bonus will not feed the next day’s band.

Is there a cap on how much cashback I can get?

Yes. Weekly cashback is capped by tier, from SGD 688 at Normal to SGD 5,888 at Black Diamond, and the daily cash back follows a fixed band table rather than a flat percentage.

Can I claim the daily and the weekly cash back in the same week?

They are separate rewards with separate windows and separate turnover, so each is requested on its own through Live Chat: the daily one after 12:00 on the following day, the weekly one from Monday 12:00 to Wednesday.
